Aliens, Joe and Susan, have been sent to Earth to assimilate with the human race in the hopes of bringing their species to the planet, however, they’re shocked to find they have landed in SA, not LA. The aliens soon realise they are on their own and must look after themselves until they meet Chase, an unkempt man in his mid-20s who spends his days playing video games and drinking energy drinks at his dad’s house. The aliens hire Chase as their ‘tour guide’ and follow him on nefarious adventures – it is their mission to learn about human society, after all. With Chase as their lens of humanity, the aliens learn that the real secret to being human is being uniquely yourself.
