Their stories, short and tall, often featured the search of a better life, a bold escape from the law, the exploration of the bush-frontier or just a collection of calamities and misadventures. Along the way, they travelled thousands of kilometers and visited a swag of Aussie towns and landmarks. Not to mention, plenty of watering holes.
