So What if you’re over 50, Life is full of exciting adventures. You might want to go scuba diving, drive a motorbike, go back to uni, start a business, learn to sing. So what if you have a bad hip, bad knee, bad back, there’s still many thing to enjoy. This series is for mid-lifers who want to be inspired and inspire others to get out and live life to the max. Life is short, who cares if you’re over 50, let’s have some fun. In addition to inspiration we also cover life-stage issues, fitness & health with tips & strategies.
