Move It Or Lose It Australia

Move It or Lose It is a daily exercise program that features different exercises in each program including tai chi, chair-based exercises, weights, stretching, low-impact aerobics as well as relaxation and breathing techniques.

The program aims to improve fitness, flexibility and endurance; build strength and balance; and increase circulation and coordination for people over 65.

Club Rules

Four university students battle it out to win $15,000 to support their different clubs. The chess club wishes to go to nationals, drama club wants to put on a performance, the music club needs new instruments, and the sports club want to go on a boy’s trip. Through a series of trials and tribulations one of them will come out on top, but not before they learn a little bit more about each other.
