Monique Jade grew up realising something was different but did not know what. A Christian upbringing, following a traditional male role, began smoking at 14, a rum drinker at 16, attended tech and joined the navy, got married, and had a family.
Then, in 2017, realising life had to change, and having given up drinking, set in motion significant changes.
