Lazer Gator

RTRFM’s The View From Here concludes its sixth season in the South West, bringing to an end 12 monthly instalments featuring some of our favourite local artists in iconic and unexpected locations across WA.

The final of 12 episodes sees the young multi-genre defining sounds of Lazer Gator in the shadows of Tone City Records, out in the forests of Injidup in the South West of Western Australia.

Set in the tall trees of Injidup just south of Yallingup, in the gardens of local recording studio Tone City Records in the Wardandi region of Western Australia. Rolling forests, beautiful coast lines and spectacular scenery makes the region one of the most spectacular places in the country if not the planet. Pure magic. To pierce the serenity, Lazer Gator roll through three fierce and punchy songs in their multi-genre defining style.

Led by MC/singer Cam Deg, they are both a throwback and also extremely ‘2023’. Dynamic, explosive and compelling, Lazer Gator bring the raucous to the peace and quiet of the south west.
