Formed in late 2019, Melbourne based singer-songwriters Heide Peverelle, Gracie Sinclair and Jeanie Pilkington are Folk Bitch Trio.

FBT’s compositions establish a melancholy, raw sound through gentle guitar melody and rich harmony. With influences from contemporary folk artists Gillian Welch, Julia Jacklin and The Staves, their music combines honest songwriting and lush three part harmony to craft a sound of their own.

Confessional songwriting, gentle instrumentation and soulful harmonies craft a sound that brings both joy and heartache.
