This week we have a last minute change of plans due to rising flood waters and road closures in the Outback! We say goodbye to Quilpie and backtrack through Charleville to the little town of Wyandra.
Jasper and Katie cook up a soldiers fruit cake WW11 recipe on the Weber, before we make our way to Charlotte Plains, our new favourite off-grid outback campground. We enjoy endless hot artesian baths and an infinity of stars!
It’s going to be one huge year ahead!
