Pollyman

27 minutes

It feels like Pollyman are way beyond their 20-something years. The Melbourne four-piece soaks in a
palpable admiration for late 70’s rock and power-pop hooks, while establishing the group as one of real
ability and exciting talent.

Having played in bands like The Tiny Giants and Bones & Jones since early high school, front-man
George Carroll Wilson is no stranger to projects that embody bold ambition, and this learned confidence
is calmly and assuredly delivered on his latest Album.

With the culmination of Carroll Wilson’s wailing guitar and soaring vocals, Alister Hull’s melodious and
dynamic bass playing and Fenn Wilson’s thunderous energy on the drums, Pollyman’s overall sound is
wildly exhilarating.
