Soon after Carlos moved from Chile to Australia, they were diagnosed with HIV, now working at Living Positive Victoria, is a public speaker and advocate for people living with HIV.
Carlos found their voice sharing lived experiences, promoting diversity and inclusivity, and as an immigrant, Carlos realised the challenges this community faces.
