In this episode we’re off to Hazel Dean Forest Farm where the beautiful Marg shows us around her spectacular organic apple orchard at the foot of the Strzelecki Ranges in Gippsland.
After going organic Marg and her husband Jason planted 5,000 apple trees and started producing organic apple cider vinegar, apple sparkling (via méthode champenoise) and of course, a myriad of seasonal fruits.
The vision is absolutely spectacular and we’re incredibly grateful to both Marg and Jason for hosting us – we had the most fabulous time!
