Introducing Matt from Melbourne Gourmet Mushrooms. After quitting his job in sales Matt made the shift into gourmet mushrooms, converting his three-car garage into a fabulous fruiting house! Matt now grows a variety of shiitake, oyster and lions mane mushrooms – supplying various farmers markets, restaurants and provedores.
