Beau Newell is the National Program Manager for Pride in Sport, a national not-for-profit program designed to assist sporting organisations with the inclusion of employees, athletes, volunteers, and spectators with diverse genders and sexualities, creating better health outcomes for LGBTQ players, coaches, fans, and others by creating inclusive spaces through the reduction of homophobia, transphobia, stigma, and discrimination.
