Join us as we welcome Aguang Daw, Co-Founder of South Sudanese Minds, who will share his remarkable journey of resilience and determination. From South Sudan to Egypt and all the way to Australia, Aguang, along with his mother and eight siblings, overcame countless challenges. In Melbourne, he discovered a lack of mental health support tailored for the South Sudanese community and the stigma surrounding mental health conversations. This realization motivated him to establish South Sudanese Minds, a platform that raises awareness, educates, and creates safe spaces. Get inspired by this incredible role model who is making a difference in our community. We are truly grateful to have him with us today.
