Sally Castell, older adults exercise specialist takes us through important things to consider before and after surgery for the best outcome. Sally has a background in physiotherapy, and recreational therapy and has spent years doing research and education on the prevention of falls. As a result of her commitment Sally was awarded the Life-time Achievement award from the ANZ Falls Prevention Network.
