Sam Dengate is the Head Coach and owner of T Generation, identifying as a transman, who defines autonomy as meaning the sense of strength, security, clarity, within one’s own self, having nobody to answer too, when it comes to the choices you want to make within your own body, that affirm and sit well with you.
In 2022, Sam was instrumental in creating Australia’s first Trans/Non-Binary Powerlifting Competition, called The Trans Takeover, with 30 competitors attending the inaugural event.
