James Hardy has always loved travelling. Not only is he a flight attendant, who has been flying for nearly 30 years, he has also been able to embrace his passion for Cruise Ship travel, which he says is now – next level, that can include arranging travel for larger groups and accompanying as host.
James begins by explaining what it was like for him growing up, his lived reality realising that he couldn’t tell anyone, that is until his mid-20s when his reality began to change, as he began to travel, with flying – as he puts it – well and truly in his blood.
We also hear how during the very early days of social media, James created a community group focused on airline crew. When the group later experienced a saddening reality that affected its members, he was directly involved in being part of what resulted in significant beneficial changes at the workplace, which he was recognised for by community members.
