Fiona Waters works at HAAG, Housing for the Aged Action Group, a grassroots housing and advocacy service for older people. Fiona explains her background in helping older, and LGBTQIA+, people, the complex aspects of what defines housing stress, and how these specifically impact older LGBTQIA+ people, her roles as a Care Finder, Early Intervention and Participation Worker, HAAG’s Rainbow Tick accreditation, and supporting people to access aged care and other wellbeing support.
